Robin Taylor, LCSW, serves as the Deputy Director over Specialty Clinical Services. Robin has over 20 years of experience working in the behavioral health field, working with adults and minors in outpatient, crisis, and inpatient settings since 2008. 

Robin has worked in a leadership role in private behavioral health companies as well as KernBHRS, including several years in the position of Crisis Services Administrator. She has been instrumental in securing funds for the expansion of infrastructure and operations for Kern County. 

Robin has extensive experience in leadership and licensing in the startup of new operations and large-scale project management.
